There is no fee to attend the conference, however, please notify TD AMERITRADE Institutional of your cancellation prior to September 9, 2008, to avoid being assessed a $299 cancellation fee. This fee is used to cover the cost of goods and services, such as food and beverage, that were ordered based on your registration to attend this conference.
