There is no fee to attend the conference, however, please notify TD AMERITRADE Institutional of your cancellation prior to January 27, 2009, to avoid being assessed a $599 cancellation fee. This fee is used to cover the cost of goods and services that were ordered based on your registration to attend this conference.
